Gas coolers for steel mills are designed to regulate the temperature inside furnaces on cold rolled steel production lines. These coolers have a broad operating range of gas temperature from 300°C to 800°C. Welded Fins is used for these coolers because it is made by welding fins and tube, so Welded Fins can be used at high temperatures. Various combinations of tube and fin materials are available.

Used for temperature control on annealing furnaces. Relieving thermal stress, preventing water leakage and other factors were fully considered in its design, such as in the use of Welded Fins with high thermal conductivity.
