August 1962 Transferred control of heat exchanger business from Mitsubishi Electric Corporation Itami Works to Toyo Electric Tada Works
November 1963 Established Tada Electric Co., Ltd. (Capital: 40 million yen, 100% capitalized by Mitsubishi Electric Corporation)
Head Office Location: Kawanishi City, Hyogo
Took over and continued operation of heat exchanger business from Toyo Electric Corporation's Tada Works
October 1973 Constructed Okayama Works (Increased capital to 150 million yen, 100% capitalized by Mitsubishi Electric Corporation)
October 1980 Increased capital to 300 million yen (100% capitalized by Mitsubishi Electric Corporation)
January 1982 Started manufacture of ozone generators
